i go the loft card 3 months back. charged 27$ twice. shopkeeper when selling me the card lied that they have auto payment when i get the card at folsom, CA store.
i called the customer care to see if they can remove the charges. talked to customer care person as well as supervisor. both were the most rude person i have ever talked to. hung up the phone on me. i wish i can file a legal complaint against them.I am surprised how rude they are when it comes to customer service/help and how convincing they are when trying to get customers money.
cancel the card immediately. they did not care much. i do not care either i will stop buying from them immediately and recommend every one to do the same.
