I have not received my rewards the passed year and did not know i needed Loft App! They told me at the store i was currently shopping in that i should contact customer service!

I did that today and and was told i could only get 20% coupon and talking and she gave me a $20.00 reward! That doesnt not cover nearly have of the rewards i should have received..

I know during this period I should have received at least 3 $40.00 coupons.. I would like to get these back!

Please be advised that your rewards come attached to your billing statement therefore making it your responsibility not LOFTs. You received terms of agreement that have this information. You aren’t not required to have the app, it just gives you immediate access to the rewards.
