Don't want my rewards applied
All worked out & I was able to place my order! Thank you to a team leader!!
The order was automatically using my reward & I did not want to use it, so I could earn my new rewards of $25 for a $75 purchase. Strange that I could not remove it myself. Great service!
I think its ridiculous that I have to have so many characters to do this review. Definitely a deterrent to ever taking time again to respond.

Today, I visited the Loft store at Tanager Outlet in Deer Park, NY, and unfortunately, the service provided was unsatisfactory. The customer service experience was notably poor, particularly from the store manager and other representatives.
Their communication skills were lacking, and their demeanor was unprofessional.
The treatment I received left me feeling disappointed and undervalued, prompting me to write this review. Given the presence of numerous other retail stores in the area, I would advise against patronizing this establishment until improvements are made in customer respect and service standards.

In brief, I qualified for a card. I paid my bill 6 days late due to vacation travel and incurred a $30 late fee after the fact, then another $30 late fee.
I received numerous collection calls. I called customer service and disputed the charges, and they offered to waive the fees. I chose to pay to clear my account. Then, I received another late fee, $40!
Followed by another and another. I now see how Loft makes their numbers. I have loved Loft for many years, but I no longer do and will no longer shop there.
I wonder how many Loft customers are also stuck in this fee nightmare? Warning, do not shop there and do not get their credit card!

They responded and send me a UPS label to return my items.
Two dont fit. When I went to my local store to return them, I was told that they were final sale. While it did say that on my shipping receipt, nowhere did it - or does it currently - say on the actual product page, where I click add to cart that these are final sale items. You used to post this very clearly but have removed that language from product pages.
That is extremely dishonest and shady. I am very disappointed that Im stuck with two items that dont fit me and I cant return them. If you hadnt decided to remove the final sale language from every product page, easily seen by the price, I would not have even put these items in my cart and purchased them.
You obviously made this business decision to get more purchases and it feels really slimy. Shame on you, Loft.

The representative that helped me was the BEST ! She was right on top of things and went above and beyond to help me. There should be more representatives like her!!!
I had gotten an email from UPS saying my package had been delivered and it was not. I called UPS and they said to call The Loft directly.
When I did, the representative helped me out.
Anyway, she went above and beyond to help me. She was the BEST!

Loft kindly refunded the entire sale as we would be leaving our winter home in a few days.

I ordered five items for my bday and paid to have them shipped overnight. I did not receive my items and after five days I called Loft and insisted that they give me a refund.
They refunded me and after 13 days I still had not gotten my refund. I called them and they stated oh we will check on it and get back to you. This is what I was told after speaking to someone in the Philippines. Every time I have called the worker has been oversees and not able to understand me.
I asked for a worked in America and I am told they have no ability to connect me. The worst customer service I have every experienced.

I charged 2 things on my loft credit card. 2x I tried to pay 3 days before and the support people kept saying they either couldn't find my account, or one thing after another.
I have had an account for 20 years. I am 75 and have never been charged a late fee. I spoke a length to someone else (supervisor) she said she understood and agreed that it was wrong that they treated me like that and of course did find my account. She told me to wait for my statement to make sure the $40 was refunded and I said I would pay the 40 that was valid when I saw the refund.
Of course, it wasn't and on top of this, I just got my new bill from Loft on the 15th due on the 16th. First off the first people I spoke with were rude and they said they couldn't find my account. Now I am going to be charged over and over again a 40 late fee??? This sounds like a scam that keeps going and going.
If I don't have someone contact me I will file a complaint with BBB, I have top credit and not allow a company to do this to me.
I am a senior and on a limited income and I also don't pay bills/ online. This is no way to treat customers.

Good morning, I received a $25.00 gift from LOFT. I purchased a top (Eastchester store) and applied the $25 - my total out of pocket cost was $10.40 (with tax).
I didn't try the top on but when I got home, it was too small. I returned the top to the Ridge Hill store expecting the full amount back. I was given $10.40 and the salesperson had no response as to why the $25.00 wasn't applied and she said to contact you.
Can I please get another $25.00 gift card and I will try on the item when I purchase it. I have all receipts if you would like to see them
