Called customer service, and all they could suggest was to go shop again before coupon expires. They couldn’t apply the $15.00 to my Loft Card account. I live 75 miles away, and can’t just “go shop again,” especially when I just spent over $150.00!

I had very bad shopping experience at Loft store in Stonebriar mall in Frisco Texas Saturday afternoon 10/21/17. A young blond sales with heavy makeup and curly hair had really bad attitude. When she did price correction in the system, she was so rude even that was correcting their mistake! That is not the right attitude to serve the customer. Really disappointed !
