Worst customer service ever. Ordered six items on 5/24/17 and here on 6/4 I've got nothing.

Two items have apparently shipped. Nothing yet.

Four items haven't shipped for some reason.

Called customer service and got MASSIVE attitude from "Kimberly".

She was zero help.

I had wanted these items for my wife's birthday on 6/6.

She said I could still get them. But we all know that's not happening.

I've been a BIG customer of the Loft for years because my wife likes their clothing. That ended today.

Bye bye Loft. Bye bye Kimberly.

I placed an order through loft.com on 10/3/16. I received a shipped order notification on 10/5/16. When I went to check the status today, 10/17/16, I noticed that the package had been wrongfully returned to sender. Having previously received an item from the same order (there was a split shipment), I know that my address information was correct. I contacted loft.com through chat and was advised to contact FedEx even though Surepost / USPS was involved. At no point during the conversation did the representative offer to contact the shipper on my account. I was then advised to contact loft by phone to reorder, which means that they will charge my credit card again and credit me once the original package is returned. I find all of this to be terribly inconvenient and aggravating. I received little apology and sub pare service to a problem I did not create. Buyer beware, if something goes awry with your order do not expect loft.com to step up and provide even mediocre level service. Disheartened and will not return.

Loft in Indianapolis, Indiana - Terrible customer service and online purchasing experience

I placed an order at Loft.com on August 11. I received an e-mail the following day stating my order had been shipped. I called customer service multiple times inquiring where my package was after it had been 3 weeks since the purchase and was told that it was "being shipped". On August 30th, I finally spoke to a human being who said that they would look into it and I would receive a call with an update. The next day I received an e-mail stating the my return was being processed. I never returned the items, as I never received them. I then went to look at my credit card statement and I was only being refunded 2/3 of the amount. I went back to my e-mail and they had taken out $7.95 for a return label because my order was "undeliverable". After looking at my original order, the correct address was listed, so I'm not sure why it couldn't be delivered, especially since it hadn't even left the shipping facility. Then, I am charged $7.95 for their error! I will NEVER shop online through Ann Taylor Loft again.

I can't help with your third issue, but I can explain the first two. If you ordered in the midst of a busy season, you order probably got placed in a too large box because individual stores package online orders, and when they get mass amounts of orders, its easy to run out of the right bags or box's.

A tracking number is created immediately to make the service more efficient, and give you a way to find out information about your order.

I ordered online. Order never arrived.

I chatted online with someone who's said they'd look in to it and I'd hear back within 3-5 business days. Heard nothing. Called them. Something said they'd look into and I'd hear back within 3-5 business days.

Finally I email them.

In a couple of days I get a reply that items were no longer available ( online store says they are), and they were refunding my money minus $23 of it. Omg.
