So what. You left your bag and someone else got it.

That’s the price you pay for leaving your product behind. How you can make it their fault is beyond me. YOU LEFT IT BEHIND!!! Odds are someone picked up your bag moments after you left it.

That’s what YOU would have done. What LOGICAL argument can you make to place the blame on THEM when YOU had 100% .control over said bag. Oh and no don’t work for them because THAT is what YOU default to. It’s one thing if they did something wrong but they didn’t.

Personally I could care less if you ever go back. Isn’t it time for YOU to learn to adult better??

Have to say...I am a very frequent Loft Oultlet shopper in Kittery, ME. I was always pleased with the choices and pricing of their clearance department.

Today was different. Excitedly I went for a drive expecting a Loft Outlet shopping spree. Entering the door I headed straight towards the clearance/final sales section. There I found items that were close to regular priced items.

What? Seriously? I asked the sales clerk if pricing was correct she said they were priced correctly, corporate restructured their pricing. She was apologetic and said there are numerous complaints.

Customers are not pleased and several complaints have been expressed.

Here’s another shopper that will be looking for bargains elsewhere. Loft has let me down.

This does not come as a shock. Anyone who has previously worked for this woman can attest to the mistreatment they have received from her.

She is constantly bullying and gossiping about her employees. As for her "clients" unless you are going to spend a large amount of money she will treat you like you are beneath her and once the "client" leaves the store she will gossip about them.

This woman has only gotten to where she is at by being fake to her superiors and making them believe she is someone she is not. She needs a reality check.

Had an horrible experience at your store at wellington green mall store # 140. The manager Adrian was not willing to assist having waited for over 25 minutes when the system was down and unable to accept the loft card. She refused to apply the amount of discount and also told me I could return the following day and the voucher could be redeemed although it would have been expired. Call next day spoke with Sarah who advise she could neither apply a discount or use the voucher. Wow!.

on 2/8/16 I returned a pair of pants to the store, the store manager, was nasty, rude, very unprofessional. she was not able to match the item number to the receipt. she accused me of returning an item I did not pay for. I am 63 years old a professional. She told me 6 times I was trying to return merchandise I did not pay for. Unbelievable. Very unprofessional, rude, nasty and a few other words I cannot write in this review. Then refused to refund the purchase price!
