Very unfriendly, no help , no help with starting a dressing room , as I was dropping clothes on floor ! One associate actually just looked at me ! I have never had this happen at a loft store ! So awefull ! No greet when you walked in , I will not go back to this store ! And I have always been helped and have been treated with kindness and always being helped at other loft stores ! This store definitely needs help ! Hopefully somebody with pull can fix this big problem!

Purchased over $700 of clothing online. (Soon after they tarted offering plus sizes.) Kept a few things and went to return in store and could only get store credit to use IN store and NOT online. LOFT credit cards are run by a third party service known as Commenity bank, that’s who you spoke too. Not LOFT customer service, you spoke to a credit repsentative about your credit.

This is not controlled by LOFT.

The majority retailers use Commenity bank. I suggest calling LOFT customer service and reporting your experience so LOFT can investigate the recorded call and remove said person from their services.

Long time customer, used website to purchase several items. Also made several returns which were received by co. Per UPS tracking..however never credited back to my account, customer service contacted several times...still not credited back to my loft and PayPal accounts.
