Ladies dressing room

Was in the dressing room trying on and heard a man's voice. In the cubical across the way there was a man! I was uncomfortable and very upset and told the room attendant. She went and brought the store manager who proceeded to tell me he's allowed in there. I left all the items I was going to buy and left the store. I will not be shopping in your stores again. I expected better from your company.

To whom it may concern, I am emailing to follow up on a complaint that I called in The 22nd of January 2022. My son and I were told that the Loft Store we visited is not a unisex store.

My son was told to leave the dressing room hallway. We were the only ones in the dressing room area in a very empty store that day. He was waiting for me to try on my few items and check out. We were very offended by the remarks made by staff at your susquehanna shopping plaza location in Harrisburg PA.

I have shopped there many times over the years and this was not an acceptable comment nor treatment of my 14 year old. I hurried out without trying on all of my dressing room selections because of the comments made to my son I was not impressed with the message he was sent through this experience. We have a lot of LGB family members and the language used to express and the tone was that of anti gay and in our eyes very offensive. My son said what if I wanted to try something on?

I was very hurt that an establishment I have been frequenting would hold such a view to LGB community. I am extremely motivated to post and share my experience as it was not a positive nor inclusive one.

Especially since I was told the issue would be addressed and I would be contacted. I have yet to be contacted a week later.

Shirt shrunk

I purchased burgundy cozy shirt and it fit well but I had to wash it two days after it came.washing instructions said may dry!! It shrunk!!!!! Just purchased my second burgundy cozy shirt!!!!! Not happy!!!!! First bad experience but would a appreciate a response.

Loft charged me twice for the same pair of pants which I returned. I have tried for 3 months to get it straightened out

I have called and spoken to over ten people and been told by two that a credit was being issued and I would get an email within 48 hours. Has not happened. Called again and they said it could take months because it has to go to corporate. Really I heard that 3 months ago. Come on folks it is twenty dollars

I tried paying on line, but the website was not working every time I attempted to pay. Then I was charged $35 for late payment fee. I signed up for paperless statement to get my statement in the email, but never received the email. So I was charged again $35 for late payment fee. The $36 original balance became $106. I called and a call center person with Indian accent answered, I explained what happened, he gave me a $40 discount if I pay $66, so I did. He said this will bring my balance to $0, but When I checked my balance online is $40.

I bought 4 items online and paid for it, but until now I didn't receive any. I tried contacted by email and chatted for missing items to them, but had no answer. It's very bad service.

My order #883267****02 for 4 pieces. I paid $136.71. I tracked and it showed my package has been shipped and delivered. But until now I didn't receive any. I contacted with Loft team as sent email, chatted and claimed missing items but until now I hearted nothing from them. No call, no message nor email. This is not the first time I ordered online or from them. I almost received all my orders from Amazon or online orders, except just this one from Loft.

Defective zipper

I purchased my first pair of Loft jeans about a month ago, and the zipper broke this morning. Ive only worn the jeans a few times, and Im upset this has happened, especially in the middle of my work day. I would like a replacement for the jeans.

Cancelled items from orders

I placed the order on 12/21 and some of my order items are still processing. When I called and chat with Agents they keep repeating that the order is still processing. I am frustrated with Loft customer service since this is the 4th time of cancelling the items that are not shipped. If you cannot ship items as place by customer why advertise online shopping. Items from my last order was also cancelled. Loft customer service is worst because Agent only give the information that customer already aware. Loft is been providing worst customer service recently. Customer order the items because they want it but Loft doesn't ship half the item. All I hear is you will received the shipment by the date specified in the order. When the date comes the order is still processing they make you wait for couple more days and then cancel the order. This is disrespect to customer who spends time in ordering these item to end up with not receiving the product. I would really like to talk to someone that could provide response that doesn't say "your order is still processing".

Order from literally anywhere else. Purchased 3 sweaters, they were paper thin. The quality was horrible. Went to send them back. Took 10 minutes to even find the return page, they make it as difficult as possible to locate. Then charge you $8 to ship something back LOL. Will never order from here again.
