Was charged twice. Then a late fee! Spent two months trying to get it straight! Lots of rude incompetent people work for this credit card company! Called faxed wrote letters to no avail! Paid for 32 dollar shirt 3 times over after a late fee! I hate ann Taylor loft credit card! Never again!
