I charged 2 things on my loft credit card. 2x I tried to pay 3 days before and the support people kept saying they either couldn't find my account, or one thing after another.
I have had an account for 20 years. I am 75 and have never been charged a late fee. I spoke a length to someone else (supervisor) she said she understood and agreed that it was wrong that they treated me like that and of course did find my account. She told me to wait for my statement to make sure the $40 was refunded and I said I would pay the 40 that was valid when I saw the refund.
Of course, it wasn't and on top of this, I just got my new bill from Loft on the 15th due on the 16th. First off the first people I spoke with were rude and they said they couldn't find my account. Now I am going to be charged over and over again a 40 late fee??? This sounds like a scam that keeps going and going.
If I don't have someone contact me I will file a complaint with BBB, I have top credit and not allow a company to do this to me.
I am a senior and on a limited income and I also don't pay bills/ online. This is no way to treat customers.

I have been a loft customer and credit card holder for over 10 years now and never have once paid my bills late. I am always on time and pay full amount no matter what it is.
I pay for what I spend. I recently had a major surgery and have been extremely out of it and have not been home . Worrying about my credit cards was the last thing on my mind. I called loft up and spoke to Carlos and explained the situation to him and asked if he can help me remove my late fee which was for $28.00.
He refunded me $15.00 . I asked him why! He said the system only allowed him $15. He would not credit me the $28.00.
I shut down my account right after I paid my bill because to me that shows how loft does not care about loyalty. I use to be a regular customer who spend way too much money with loft regularly. Thats pretty sad that they can't do a one time $28 reversal for a customer who has NEVER had a late payment and has always paid full amount.
I use to love loft clothes .
Honestly all my clothes are from loft. But I cant support a company who has zero loyalty to loyal customers.

I got a new job and needed a whole new wardrobe. Wednesday, Loft had a huge sale and I had a cart of over $400 worth of clothes.
When paying, it gave me the option to open and use a Loft credit card, if I was approved, AND receive $20 off my first purchase. Well. This was a lie. I did not get use of the card.
I did not get $20 off. I got nothing. I called customer service immediately and was basically told I was screwed. This is unacceptable.
I have at least 7 other store cards that I opened online, at the time of my first purchase, and I was able to use them. Im talking thousands of dollars worth of furniture charged upon being approved! This is RIDICULOUS! I ended up charging the clothes on my Apple Card bc I didnt want to miss the sale, but I should not have had to do that!!
I called customer service again today and my associate was clueless. He kept saying don't worry you have no balance! Or dont worry! Its coming in the mail!
He was not helping me, nor was he understanding me. I asked to speak to a manager or someone higher up. He would not transfer me. I am beyond furious and upset.
I was scammed. I would have never applied for the card had YOU not offered the incentives to do so.
Im about to place a complaint with BBB. Someone has to rectify this situation!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
After multiple calls, we still don't know when we'll get the money and the points back.
The last call said no supervisor was present for me to talk to, and that the investigations department would get back to us. No ETA, no commitment... and by the way, this was what they said the first times we called, but we've heard nothing.
They were quick to get me a return label, but it was UPS, which means I have to take it somewhere...
why?? It was their screw-up, not ours.
Loft makes clothes that fit my wife's size and style, but they have LOTS of work to do in their after sales customer support processes!!

Problem paying online
Whenever I buy Loft clothes on line, there are always mistakes in the order, then when call cuatomer service, they are unable to help me.
marked full price, so I thought after I placed the order the sale price would come up, but it didn't. I checked the box to pick up at the store, but when I placed the order, it came up as a delivery, and it charged me for delivery with the price tag at full price.
This has happened twice when ordering on line. I called the local store. They told me to call customer service, I was on a half hour. The service man did not know how to help me.
I asked for the manager, but he said he wasn't in. After about a half hour struggle, they changed the price to a sale price but wouldn't allow the second item to be picked up at the store. This is the second time buying clothes on line at Loft, and it was extremely stressful. It is not worth the stress.
I will not be buying clother on line at Loft. Thank you!
I had not received order and ups could not find the tracking number given me.

If you had the account that long, used it a lot and carried no balance, you probably had a high credit limit. That’s the textbook definition of an account you want on your credit report. So over $13 not only did you erase all that, you lowered your credit score by getting rid of all of that available credit.
